Please note, my products are made to order, so please allow me 3 to 5 days to prepare your order, plus the additional shipping time, which will depend on your choice of shipping. My products are created and ship with great care, and your satisfaction is very important to me. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee a delivery time for any order placed on my site once it’s been shipped. Due to USPS regulations, I cannot offer refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases.

Return & Refund policy

Due to the meticulous and handcrafted nature of my products, I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges on any of my pastries but I want to keep my customers happy and coming back for more so in the event if you are not 100% satisfied with your baked goods, you will receive a discount on your next order. This is a one time discount code for the order you were not satisfied with. The discount amount is at the discretion of the owner.
